Surely. The key is the mask below. A plastic transparent mask with painted eyes, lips, and cheeks. It has eyeholes & a mouth cut-out. The transparency allows just enough face to be seen giving it a real effect, but still hides the enough. Then, it's just a cut of a full leg of opaque microfiber pantyhose, usually black. Fishnets look great too. Pull over your head and tie a knot.
